Before, not after
Pre-publication review happens while you can still change the video. Post-publication monitoring looks at content that is already live. They are different jobs. Selado is the first: a check of the campaign video and its caption before it goes live.
What the software does
It reads the speech, the on-screen text and the caption. It matches what it finds to the rules for that campaign, whether those rules come from a Selado pack or from your own documents. Each finding shows the moment, the words and the rule.
What it does not do
It does not replace your reviewer, and it does not say the content is compliant. A person you choose corrects a finding, adds one, or waives it with a reason, then signs. The certificate is the record of that review.
